TWO DECADES OF COMMITMENT

Karen, her nickname is Wren (a star in her own right (see bio)), received her M.A. in Dance Education from NYU and personally enables all types of different abilities, cultures, and ages to enjoy flying. She has served as an adjunct professor at various universities and held workshops throughout the globe. (90 countries to be exact!) These expriences help feed our expertise and variety to each class. Teaching with joy, precision, and creativity- all with zero judement and the utmost safety.

We are on a mission to create, play, and learn while we soar with focus, and remain grounded.

Our classes and parties joyfully mix fitness, personal growth, and aerial movement.
