Aerial + Acro Mash-up

Adults or Kids (6+)
Aerial play, floor flow, and intro acro/tumbling. Builds strength, flexibility, confidence, and creativity.

 

Mixed Apparatus

Kids (7+), Teens, or Adults
Lyra, cloud swing, and silks. Beginner to advanced beginner. Develop strength, balance, coordination, and self-expression.

 

Silks

Kids, Teens, or Adults
Beginner through advanced beginner levels. Build grip strength, flexibility, body control, and creativity while learning climbs, wraps, and poses.

 

Relax & Restore Aerial Yoga

Adults
Restorative aerial yoga for stress release, spinal decompression, and total body–mind renewal.

 

Bungee

Kids (7+), Teens, or Adults
Beginner and advanced beginner levels. Bounce, fly, and laugh through high-energy cardio + strength. Each group has age-appropriate playlists and pacing.

 

FLOW: Weekly Apparatus Rotation

All Ages
Train on a different apparatus each week (silks, sling, lyra, trapeze & more). Build power, control, sequencing, and artistic flow.

 

Mom & Me Bungee

Parents + Kids (6+)
Play, bond, and move together through flying cardio fun.

 

I Used to Dance & Party

Adults
Dance cardio + retro throwback party vibes. Mix of jazz, hip-hop, ballet, modern, and musical theater—fun, fitness, and joy without pressure.

 

Open Gym

Ages 12+
Supervised, lightly guided time to practice, explore, and play on apparatus.

 

Parents’ Night Out / Kids’ Night Up

Kids (6+)
Friday evening program where kids fly, tumble, and play while parents enjoy a night out.

 

Toned & Triggered: Conditioning for Gen X

Adults
Conditioning with attitude, sass, and strength.
