How much is a class?
Our Aerial classes are $30 and bungee classes are $35.

How do I sign up ?
Go here pick what class you
want to take and sign up with you name and email.

After you book a class you can view your dashboard by logging in
at https://momence.com/sign-in or downloading the Momence app!

Should I eat before class?
Try not to eat at least an hour before class

What if this is my first class?
Try to come a few minutes before class to go to the restroom and get fitted for your harness if you are taking a bungee class

What should I wear?
Longer shorts, tighter shirts, no jewelry or socks. Sneakers are ok, as long as their clean- if you need them for support, but usually bare feet are preferred. harness has leg loops – need to avoid rubbing on shin)

Can I video?
Yes! As long as if you are posting you tag #groundedaerial

Can beginners take this class?
YES! We have beginner classes and intermediate as well.
